Research Lines. Aims

This group works coordinately with the Fundación para la Investigación Hospital Principe de Asturias since its foundation in 2004.

Main objective: Study the effect of extracellular matrix on the phenotypic modulation of vascular and renal cells, and their influence on the generation of fibrotic processes in aging and vascular function.
